Refining a report: 1 credit
Note: if you do not have enough credits to generate a report, you will not be able to get AI-powered suggestions or infer any formats.
How many credits does a report typically use?

A report typically uses around 24 credits. However, this can vary slightly depending on how much you use other features of the app, such as AI-powered suggestions or the report refinement tool. As such, you might find that you use a bit more or less than 24 credits per report in the process.
How do I get more credits?

You can get more credits by upgrading your plan. The Free Tier starts with 120 credits, while paid plans like the Starter Pack, Mega Pack, and Alchemist+ Subscription offer more credits. If you need additional credits, you can purchase stand-alone credits or get an Alchemist+ subscription.
Do credits expire?

Credit expiration works as follows:
Free Tier, Starter Pack, and Alchemist Bundle: Credits do not expire.
Alchemist Plus subscription: Credits do not expire - instead, they refresh up to your monthly limit (2400) at the start of the next billing date. Unused credits do not carry over. However, if you choose to cancel your subscription, any unused credits will remain free to use.
This policy ensures that subscribers always have access to their full credit allocation within their billing cycle.
Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your Alchemist+ subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to any remaining credits even after the remaining billing period. To cancel your subscription, click on the "Manage" button above (or while logged in, navigate to profile ⇨ "Account & Settings") then click "Cancel Subscription". If you change your mind, you can re-subscribe without extra cost by clicking "Reactivate Subscription".
